I got the wrong size unfortunately so I can't honestly say if it's a good product. for the price and seems to be decent quality I wld say it's a good purchace, just go for a larger size if your a medium size.

I just received it 2 days ago, I am trying to wear it all day however because it hurt under the arms I have to take breaks other than that it seems to work. I can feel my spine and shoulders pulling to the correct position.
